Abu Dhabi Polymers Company Ltd. (Borouge) is a Joint Venture Company between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Borealis AS (Borealis). Borouge operates and maintainsa Petrochemical Plant located in Ruwais Industrial Complex (RIC), Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The proposed development is located within the Ruwais Industrial Complex (RIC), on the cost of Arabian Gulf, approximately 240km west of Abu Dhabi in the UAE.

The Development includes Non-Process Buildings (N3) which are mainly concentrated in Borouge 3 area, with few located in Borouge 1 and Borouge 2
